So many things to do so little time. The day before the ENK show we assembled all of our fixtures and set up our clothes. Talk about stress, but we managed to finish by 4:00pm, just in time to hit new york traffic. Yes traffic on a saturday.

So far the city has been treating us well. No sightseeing yet, only prep work. Though we recommend Song, a Thai restaurant in Brooklyn. Only time to eat, no play!

We were lucky enough to attend the Nguoi Viet Tay Bac aka the Northwest Vietnamese News’ anniversary dinner at House of Hong last night. It’s been great receiving support from the Vietnamese community, especially from Julie Pham, editor of the newspaper.

Rob McKenna was the keynote speaker and 9 Chinese courses were on the menu. Surprisingly, they actually have really good honey walnut prawns there. We ended the night early, but not without meeting interesting people at our table!
